A location release form is a binding contract between the camera man/Producer and the owner of private property within or upon which filming will take place this is for health and safety for the public, cast and location owner.

What is a contributor release form and why is it required?

It is a legal form that allows gives you the right to use an actors and/or contributors performance and footage.
